30 Story Dual Tower Luxury Condominiums with 17,000 square feet of on site amenities, including a gated driveway, fitness center, private lounge, and a 55 foot indoor pool that looks onto a landscaped terrace.
Each tower will have a low-rise and high passenger elevator of the overhead gear-less traction type opening directly into the apartments and a separate MRL service elevator currently being manufactured and installed by Thyssen Krupp Elevator.

58 Story Elegant Apartment Building located just two blocks from Queensboro Plaza subway station and includes such impressive amenities as a media room with theatre style seating and a 58th floor observation deck and outdoor barbecue. The five (5) high speed overhead gear-less traction passenger elevators were manufactured and installed by Otis Elevator.
400 West 42nd Street, NY, NY (577 Ninth Avenue)
28 Story Pod Hotel/Apartment Building with 665 "Pod" rooms, 45 apartments at the uppermost floors and 25,000 square feet of retail space on the cellar first and second floor location just steps from Times Square. The elevators include a bank of three (3) shuttle MRL observation elevators all manufactured by a mixture of state of the art generic manufacturer's and installed by independent elevator contractor TEI Group.

A complex of multiple high-rise residential apartment buildings as well as low-rise and mid-rise buildings. Currently there is a total of twenty (20) passenger elevators planned to be installed including a mixture high speed overhead gearless, medium speed overhead traction elevators and a few hole-less hydraulic type elevators.
